Jim Prutow is executive vice president and chief transformation officer. Prutow oversees a team responsible for the simplification and growth of Vantive operations.
Previously, Prutow served as a Principal at PwC, specializing in M&A transaction diligence, post deal value capture and integration projects. He has also served on the board for CorroHealth and QuidelOrtho.
Prutow has more than 30 years of experience as a healthcare executive and consultant on many successful private equity-backed acquisitions, focusing on value creation, enabled through years of experience working in MedTech separations from larger entities.
He holds undergraduate degrees in genetics and economics from University of California, Davis, a master’s degree in business administration from Golden Gate University and holds a juris doctor from University of San Diego School of Law.
